Hey, I'm Lyndsay

And here's my story...

For much of my career, I worked in media, business and leadership. I built teams, developed ideas and helped organizations turn vision into something real.

I served as Vice President at Billboard and as Creative Director of an advertising and marketing agency, where I led creative teams and developed campaigns for major brands and networks.

At the same time, I found myself increasingly drawn to a different set of questions.

Why do we become who we become?

What shapes the way we see ourselves and the world around us?

And what actually helps us change?

Those questions led me into the study and practice of yoga, meditation, astrology, energy work and other traditions of self-inquiry.

I went on to study Yoga and Healing Sciences at Loyola Marymount University, train in meditation, astrology, Reiki, sound healing and Source Code, and served as Executive Director of Meditation Mount in Ojai, California.

But I never stopped being interested in business, leadership, creativity or the way people come together to build things.

Over time, I began to understand that the questions I was exploring in these different parts of my life weren't all that different.

How we lead is shaped by how we understand ourselves.

How we relate to other people is shaped by the patterns we carry.

What we build is shaped by what we believe matters.

And the lives we create outwardly are deeply connected to what is happening within us.

Sometimes a different way of seeing

changes everything

That idea sits at the heart of my work today.

I draw from years spent in business and leadership alongside my study of contemplative traditions, human behavior and practices for greater self-awareness. Not because I believe any one framework holds all the answers, but because different lenses can reveal different things.

Sometimes what we need isn't another answer. It's enough space, perspective and support to see something we couldn't see before.

Today, I create that space for individuals, leaders and organizations.

My work is about understanding ourselves more deeply, questioning the assumptions we've inherited, and bringing greater intention to what comes next.

Curious what a different way of seeing might reveal?
